Jason is a corporate & finance partner. He leads M&A transactions, with a particular focus on sponsor-backed deals, public M&A and distressed transactions. He also has extensive experience with joint ventures, cross-border and restructuring transactions, and matters relating to corporate governance and shareholder activism.
