New York partner Ruti Smithline  who was born and raised in Colombia - is co-chair of the investigations and white-collar defence practice group, and is also co-chair of the Latin America department. It also advised Odebrecht (now Novonor) on its compliance monitorship, following one of the largest FCPA settlements in history.
