Morrison Foerster

Morrison Foerster’s small Miami office is led by the experienced and highly-rated Randy Bullard, a true Latin America specialist, who has close links to SoftBank Latin America Fund, a client that provides much of the office’s deal flow. In 2022, the firm continued to advise the fund on a series of significant investments, including its up to $150m investment in Mexican investment platform, Grupo Bursátil Mexicano (GBM). The team also represents a number of other financial investors, along with financial services and fintech businesses. Two Miami corporate partners, Alexandra Aguirre and Juan Delgado, left the firm in 2022.
