McDermott Will & Emery LLP’s trade remedies and trade policy group is well versed across the full gamut of related matters, with its recent experience spanning antidumping and countervailing duty cases and WTO dispute settlement proceedings, among other work. Following the 2023 departure of former practice co-chair Joanne Osendarp, Carolyn Gleason now solely heads the practice and brings to bear significant experience in all areas of trade relief. The Washington DC-centered group also draws on the experience of seasoned counsels Raymond Paretzky and David Levine, who together represent long-standing client, Illinois Tool Works, on international trade policy, import relief cases and tariff actions.
