Mayer Brown

More informationMore information

The securities litigation team at Mayer Brown is described by clients as ‘top-notch’ in complex litigation. Joe De Simone in New York and ’calm and positive‘ Glenn Vanzura in Los Angeles co-lead the securities litigation and enforcement practice, which continues to act in high-profile SEC and DOJ investigations as well as in securities class actions. Both De Simone and Vanzura are acting for Generac in class and derivative actions concerning alleged misrepresentations and omissions in SEC documents. Up-and-coming partner Jacqueline Vallette, who works from the Houston and Los Angeles offices, is increasingly visible in the market, and her work with Vanzura in a class action arising from the IPO of GoHealth, Inc. is a prime example. New York-based Matthew Ingber also plays a central role in the firm’s key matters.
