The firm is experienced in a range of asset classes, including esoteric assets like solar loans, property-assessed clean energy bonds, pharmaceutical royalties and aircraft leases. This expertise encompasses domestic and international securitization issues. In New York, Patrick Dolan, who specializes in asset- and mortgage-backed securitizations for issuers underwriters and investors, and Andrew Coronios, who works on syndicated credit facilities, ABCP conduits and various ABS securitization types, lead the practice. Eric Tashman in San Francisco and Matt Hughey in New York are noted within the practice for utility securitizations. Catherine Young Hagerty left the firm in January 2023.
