The firm is experienced in a range of asset classes, including esoteric assets like solar loans, property-assessed clean energy bonds, pharmaceutical royalties and aircraft leases. This expertise encompasses domestic and international securitization issues. In New York, Patrick Dolan, who specializes in asset- and mortgage-backed securitizations for issuers underwriters and investors, and Andrew Coronios, who works on syndicated credit facilities, ABCP conduits and various ABS securitization types, lead the practice.
