The team is co-led by Houston lawyer Archie Fallon, renowned for his representation of private equity funds and corporate clients in strategic transactions – primarily within the energy, infrastructure, and technology sectors, alongside New York's Samantha Leavitt. In New York, co-head Eric Pogue chairs the firm’s global power and renewable energy group, while Washington DC’s Jorge Kamine focuses his capabilities on the debt and equity financing of projects, as well as the structuring, acquisition, and divestment of investments in a diverse array of energy and infrastructure projects. Amanda Rosenberg in Los Angeles is distinguished for her expertise in the development, financing, sale, and acquisition of renewable and clean energy assets. Former practice co-head Jay Hughes left the firm in January 2024.
