Naveen Modi in Washington DC leads the firm’s patent office and is an IP litigation specialist who assists a large roster of tech clients in all patent litigation venues. In New York, trial lawyer Bruce Wexler has particular expertise in the life sciences litigation space, and Eric Dittmann has a broad intellectual property practice that encompasses Hatch-Waxman cases as well as biotech patent litigation and appeals.
