  • Advised Composite Resources, Inc. and North American Rescue, the manufacturer and distributor, respectively, of combat application tourniquets, on filing a complaint with the U.S. International Trade Commission requesting an investigation under Section 337 into the importation and sale of tourniquets after learning that that imported knock-off tourniquets infringed the clients’ patents, trademarks, and trade dress.
  • Represented Eli Lilly in a case at the International Trade Commission to prevent counterfeit versions of Lilly’s blockbuster drug Mounjaro ® from being imported into the United States.
