Norton Rose Fulbright’s Atlanta-based team has a well-rounded outsourcing practice capable of handling both traditional and digital ITO and BPO transactions domestically as well as in Europe and Asia. The firm adopts a customer-side focus and regularly undertakes work relating to cloud migration and the negotiation of service agreements. Co-head Sean Christy assists with outsourcing transactions within the financial services and hospitality sectors, while co-head Chuck Hollis handles digital outsourcing arrangements. Tim Carlton concentrates on strategic outsourcing arrangements in regulated industries in addition to handling SaaS agreements and AI-related projects. Derek Johnston primarily counsels public and private companies on deals in the life sciences and tech industries, and Michelle Meiselman serves as global support for the implementation of ERP and cloud services.
