Daniel Angel is a partner in the New York office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. He is Co-Chair of Gibson Dunn's Technology Transactions Practice Group and a member of its Strategic Sourcing and Commercial Transactions Practice Group. Daniel focuses on IP and technology licensing, commercial technology transactions (including outsourcing and SaaS arrangements), and IP and IT issues in connection with M&A and financing transactions.
