Dario Avram leads the global finance team from the San Francisco office, regularly representing private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies in leveraged buyouts, refinancings and restructurings. Forming part of the New York offering, Geoffrey Peck is highly regarded for his work handling domestic and cross-border financing matters.
