- Representing IC in an investigation proceeding requested by Amtrak and initiated by the STB, concerning the causes of alleged delays and substandard on-time performance on Amtrak’s Sunset Limited Service.
- Representing IC and GTW in a proceeding initiated by Amtrak before the STB, which requests that the agency dictate terms and compensation for the operation of all six of the Amtrak passenger train services operating over IC and GTW lines.
