Real estate finance specialist Michael Weinberger joined the firm in July 2023 from Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton and is based in New York. Michael Weinberger is a partner based in the New York office. Mr. Weinberger’s practice focuses on real estate law, with a particular focus on real estate finance, workouts, restructurings and commercial mortgage securitization. He frequently represents lenders, borrowers and issuers in complex multi-state mortgage and mezzanine loan transactions involving office buildings, hotels, shopping centers, multi-family, industrial, casino and other property types.
