Part of the New York team, Noam Haberman is key to representing banks and funds in origination, purchase and sale of balance sheets, and securitization, Andrew Lance is noted for his expertise in real estate capital markets, Aaron Beim advises institutional real estate investors, and Steven Klein is knowledgeable about real estate transactions and REIT issues. In Los Angeles Mark Osher focuses on capital markets and balance sheet financing. San Francisco-based Kahlil Yearwood is noted for representing portfolio lenders, debt fund managers, and private equity firms in transactions. Real estate finance specialist Michael Weinberger joined the firm in July 2023 from Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton and is based in New York.
