  • ‘Seyfarth's people are what makes them stand out. They are friendly and accessible without losing any professionalism or expertise. They have subject matter experts in nearly all of the fields that commonly come into play on a real estate transaction, which makes for a seamless experience.’

  • ‘Eric Sidman is a wealth of knowledge on nearly any facet of a real estate transaction, able to advise on acquisitions, dispositions, borrower- and lender-side financing, preferred equity, and so on. He is calm under pressure and is a joy to work with. Justice Barber is one of the most thoughtful and detail-oriented lawyers I've ever come across. Her approach to any issue is always measured, and she provides a level of expertise that is somewhat unusual for someone at her level.’

  • ‘I work with several folks at Seyfarth - namely Amadeo Cantu, Daniel Evans, Mitch Kaplan and Jiten Patel. They work well as a team and someone on the team is always available on short notice when needed. They are thorough but can also be practical. We focus on real estate purchase and sale transactions as well as debt transactions. Our work can be complicated - complicated ownership and tax structures, complicated mezzanine loans and restructures/foreclosures. We have complete confidence in Seyfarth that they understand our business needs and they can deliver. We also work on hotel transactions which have very specific business considerations in addition to real estate related matters. Seyfarth is very experienced in this area.’
