The far-reaching national group is co-led by Miami-based Elliot Scherker, who has handled over 2000 appeals in state and federal courts during his career; Austin-based Dale Wainwright, who served on the Texas Supreme Court for a decade; and former Solicitor General of Arizona, Dominic Draye, who divides his time between Washington DC and Phoenix.
