During 2023, Boies Schiller Flexner LLP boosted its appellate practice with a pair of key hires: David Lehn joined in Washington DC from WilmerHale and previously served in the Office of Legal Counsel at the DOJ; Evan Ezray joined in Fort Lauderdale and was formerly Deputy Solicitor General for Florida.

Dechert LLP’s appellate practice has gone from strength to strength under former Assistant Attorney General and department co-head Steven Engel. The team added a raft of new clients during 2022/23, including a group of US senators.
