Global chair Andrew White advises a mix of private equity funds, REITs, institutional investors, and developers from the firm’s office in Chicago. The practice is also known for its sizeable presence in Texas, with real estate and corporate expert Billie Ellis leading the team in Dallas, and Jeff Smith and Doug Yeager, a ’go-to’ transaction attorney, leading the Houston practice. In the New York office, William Lang takes the lead on acquisitions, dispositions, and lease transactions for landlords and tenants.
